Choose where to keep your photos and videos
- 1 day ago I am unable to import/save movie files (.mov and H.264) from iCloud, dropbox and wetransfer to my iPad and iPhone. I can view the videos, but I cannot save them to the Apple Photos App. However, when I email a copy of the video (H.264 at 1/8 size) I can save it to Photos. Here are the errors.

Import to your Mac

You can import photos to your PC by connecting your device to your computer and using the Windows Photos app:
